After its previous sold-out show in late 2022, the North East’s hottest choir, Newcastle’s Voice of the Town Choir, is back and In The Mood with its biggest, most exciting and most rockin’ show yet.
To date, the choir has performed at a huge variety of festivals, shows, events and tours, including backing Take That (alongside Lulu) at Arena Birmingham and Middlesbrough’s Riverside Stadium in front of sell-out crowds of 15,000 and 30,000+, respectively.
2023 then saw the group perform live on The Joe Marler UK tour, playing a host of renowned theatres in Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol and, at the iconic, London Palladium.
Aside from stages, the choir has performed live on both BBC Radio Newcastle’s Drive Time and Breakfast shows, while VOTT also performed in Mary Berry’s 2023 BBC One Christmas Special.
And now, featuring fantastic songs from Soul/Funk, Gospel, RnB, Dance and Pop/Rock with stunning, powerful harmonies, original and exciting vocal arrangements and foot-stomping grooves, Newcastle’s funkiest, most high-energy choir brings its latest, powerhouse, must-see show to the superb Northern Stage theatre in the heart of Newcastle’s city centre.
