Well, we’re gearing up for a load of really exciting performances over the coming month or so. First up, we have VOTT Glasgow performing in Grangemouth this Saturday, July 27th, at Concert for Cameron, in aid of the Scottish Cot Death Trust. The Glasgow group performing are then performing at the fantastic Cottier Theatre, in Glasgow’s West End on Sunday, August 18th, for their summer show. Tickets are £9 and can be booked via the Cottier’s box office: 0141 357 4000. It’s going to be a really great night with a top support act, followed by the group performing their new set of material. With ticket proceeds going to Women’s Aid, it promises to be a great night of entertainment and for a brilliant cause too!
The Glasgow group are in action again on August 24th when they make an appearance at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in the new play, The Events. We’re delighted to be involved in this and tickets can be purchased here! August 31st sees VOTT Newcastle performing at a private event before their end of term show at the internationally renowned The Sage, Gateshead, on Wednesday 4th of September. We’re really excited to be raising funds in aid of the NSPCC on this one, so again, it promises to be a great night of entertainment and for a fantastic cause also. And in the middle of all this, new Edinburgh VOTT workshops will be kicking off in late August prior to their new term beginning. Finally… a quick plug!Our Founder and Group M.D., Steve Morton, will be playing piano on tour for the legendary Motown act, Martha Reeves & The Vandellas, which kicks off on Tuesday, August 6th, at The Assembly Rooms, Edinburgh!!
